Website orders are shipped via Royal Mail from our offices in Chalfont St. Peter, Bucks. We ship to any address in the world. Postage and packing rates, and delivery times are as follows:
UK: £2.00 per item; allow two to three working days
Europe: £4.00 per item; allow six to eight working days
Rest of World: £6.00 per item; allow eight to eleven working days postal services permitting
In a rush? Need your book yesterday? We can generally courier a book for around £25 per item. Phone our offices for assistance or a quote.
Returns Policy
Ordered the wrong guide? Wasn't what you expected? Bradt operates a 30-day returns guarantee. Return the guide in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll issue a full refund for the price you paid. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund postage and packing charges.
If you'd like to cancel your order please contact Bradt at info@bradtguides.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched we will refund the cost of the book, but cannot, however, refund the shipping charge.
